02 SKETCH
Sketching by hand with pen and pencil allows me much more freedom for ideation and experimentation than in a computer program like Adobe Illustrator. My sketchbook also acts as a 'dictionary' for me to later look back and pull from ideas and form interactions.
03 COMPUTE & REFINE
Once I have a solid idea and format from my sketches, I enter the computer. My programs, like Adobe Illustrator, allow me to add in more affects and make careful refinement.
